Websites for plumbers that get the call
When a cylinder lets go at 9pm, nobody reads your About page. They want your number, proof you're licensed, and to know you cover their suburb. I build plumbing sites that get that across in five seconds on a phone. Fixed price, nothing made up.
Two kinds of customer, one site
Plumbing gets two very different searches: the panicked one (burst pipe, no hot water, blocked drain) and the planned one (bathroom reno, new cylinder, gas hot water). A good plumber's site handles both without making either one dig.
Emergency first
Tap-to-call fixed to the bottom of the screen, and if you do after-hours work, say so in the first line along with when you do it. If you don't, say that too: it saves you the 2am calls.
Licensed, and checkable
Your PGDB registration (certifying plumber, gasfitter or drainlayer) with a link to the public register, plus Master Plumbers membership and guarantee if you're a member.
The jobs that pay
Hot water cylinders, gas, drains, bathroom and kitchen renos, backflow testing, new builds. Each in its own section with plain words a customer would actually search.
A form for the planned jobs
Name, phone, suburb and what's going on. It lands on your phone, so you can reply about the reno while you're on the tools.
Your area, in plain words
The suburbs you actually cover, named. No hundred near-identical suburb pages: Google treats those as spam and they can sink the whole site.
Real photos and reviews
Your vans, your team, your finished bathrooms, your Google reviews. No stock plumber in a spotless uniform.
Free first look: send me your current site and I'll build a concept homepage from your real details, sent as a private link. No cost to have a look.
Who builds it
I'm Joe, a registered electrician in Whenuapai running my own trade business, so I know how customers pick a tradie and what puts them off. Every site I build starts from the same checklist, whatever the trade. See the sites I've built.
What it costs
Same price for every trade. $1,490 + GST once (half up front, half before it goes live, first 12 months of hosting and care included), or $129/month + GST with nothing up front: 12 payments and it's yours, then $49/month care, month to month. Up to five pages, a quote form to your phone, your Google Business Profile set up free.

Straight answers
How long until my new site is live?
The free concept takes a couple of days. The full site is usually live two to three weeks after you send your photos and details, and your old site stays up until the switch.
Should I show prices on my plumbing website?
If you have fixed-price jobs (a call-out fee, a standard cylinder swap, backflow tests), showing them filters out tyre-kickers and builds trust. Everything else can stay "free quote". Your call, and it's easy to change later.
Will I show up on Google Maps?
Map results run off your Google Business Profile, which I set up or tidy for free with every build, linked to the new site. Reviews and a site that matches your listing are what move you up. No one honest can promise a ranking.
I already have a domain and email. Will anything break?
No. The new site is built while your old one stays up. Before the switch, every DNS record is copied across, so your email keeps working. The domain stays in your name.
Want more calls from your website?
Send through your current site and you'll get a free homepage concept back within a couple of days. I'm on the tools during the day, so replies land in the evening.
